Fresh from collecting the potentially devastating Clow Cards and using magic to make them her own, Sakura is set for her first year in middle school, amid the blooming April cherry blossoms. She is reunited with Syaoran, freshly back from Hong Kong, and they're excited to go to school together...but one night, something terrible happens to her cards! A rash of strange events unfold across the town of Tomoeda, driving Sakura to follow the "key" she saw in her dream and begin collecting cards anew. Just as she begins, a new girl joins her school class...
